| Dear Mark, The Institute for the Study of Christian Zionism’s podcast, Bad Theology: Busted, recently wrapped its 10th and final episode for the season. If you haven’t listened in yet, please check it out; the brilliant team comprised of Jesse Wheeler of FOSNA, Dee Roberts of Candler School of Theology, and the New York City-based producer Karl Saint Lucy has put together an incredible resource delving into Christian Zionism in a variety of contexts, from US media to South Africa to Latin America, with some of the most knowledgeable and dynamic voices critiquing the ideology today. With an audience spanning over 50 countries and 570 cities, Season 1 achieved over 4,400 episode downloads and YouTube views as well as over 116.5K short content views between Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We are now in the planning stages for podcast’s second season and are calling on our friends to help make sure we have enough support to make it happen. We’re in need of $25,000 to ensure that those who create the podcast – particularly the producers – are compensated for their labor, as well as that we have the technology needed to continue to offer a high-quality program. Will you be part of this initiative by supporting the podcast? We are keen to continue identifying and exposing the dangerous ideology that is Christian Zionism in, as the podcast team says, “all the places where it hides.” Please help us do just that. And please don’t wait – the deadline to donate is October 15. In solidarity, Mimi Kirk Director, ISCZ |
