An Israeli leader has called on Jewish Australians to relocate to the holy land amid mounting fears another hate crime could strike down under.
Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel has accused the federal government for allowing the Bondi Beach terror attack to happen and said Australia remains in a “deep crisis” since the massacre.
Ms Haskel hit out at the government in a scathing Facebook post on Wednesday (Thursday AEDT) and one month following the attacks which left 15 dead and many more people injured.
“For two years we warned the Australian leadership and they did not listen to us,” she wrote. “We saw in their faces that the incitement is not stopped with determination will end in blood. “We explained to them that antisemitism is not ‘words in the air’, it will become deadly’.”
